It is good to know that there is such a thing as an edible baguette! I stopped buying them as they were far to hard to bite into. They need to be slightly firm and crunchy but soft on the inside, not tooth breaking. Tharshans sound perfect!

I agree that sometimes they can be a bit uncomfortable to eat, but Tharshan has really perfected the crust. It's the perfect baguette for sandwiches!

What a lovely story! I wish Tharshan would open a baguette bakery on the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, Ireland. We have nothing like it here!
